Hey Middle Schoolers, sign up for Project Serve!
This year we have the awesome opportunity to serve Camp Ta Pa Win Go in Johnson City, TN from May 30-June 3. We have the privilege of going to CTPWG before their summer ministry begins to help them get the camp ready for all the students they will be ministering to this summer. We will be mowing grass, picking weeds, painting, cleaning, organizing, and everything in between. On this trip, we will work hard and we will play hard. In the afternoon, we will be doing fun activities and team exercises such as swimming, low ropes course, zip-line, volleyball, tubing and much, much more.
The cost is $140. $50 deposit due May 2nd.

The Theme: In Micah 6:8 we find the prophet calling the nation of Israel to Reflect the character of God in Response to His faithfulness in their lives. They were being called to Return to Him and Repent of all the times they hadn’t trusted Him and tried to do things on their own. He had Revealed to them Himself what their lives were supposed to look like and the things they were supposed to do. Rectify. Respect. Resign. Rejoice. Reduce. Represent. It’s time for us to listen to Micah’s words for ourselves and Reply with our lives.

The Speaker: Louie Giglio. As leader of the Passion movement and now founding pastor of Passion City Church in Atlanta, he is one of the best student teachers I’ve ever heard! This will be a tremendous week in God’s Word!
The Worship Leaders: Kristian Stanfill and Matt Redman. These guys are not rock stars or hip bands leaders. They’re incredible worship leaders who will usher us into the presence of God through song. What a week!
The Activities: You get more activities than ever before…for the same cost! Along will all the Student Life fun, we will have swimming, hiking, tubing, putt-putt, shopping, games, and more!
The Dates: June 18—22 (Note: that’s over a weekend. We hope this will enable more people to participate)
The Cost: All of this for only $275!
The Due Dates: A $50 down payment is due by March 28th.

Ignite is almost here. Just a few quick weeks away. We hope you’ll be able to join us. The cost is just $60 for an action packed weekend of the word, worship, and fun together.
This year’s theme is Woven: A Biblical Look at Self-Esteem. We know high school and middle school can be a difficult time trying to figure out who you are. We’ll be looking at what God says about you. And that’s better than anyone else’s opinion by a million miles!

Ever wondered how to prove God exists? Ever wondered why Jesus is the only way? Do you have an answer for why the Bible is true? If you’ve ever asked these questions or struggled with the answers, then join us for a very helpful study on how to defend your Faith.

Membership & Baptism Class
West Park Student Ministries is offering a class for membership and baptism into the West Park family. If you are a student and have never joined the church, this class is designed especially for you, and if you have never publicly professed your faith through the act of baptism, then this class if for you too. We will talk about the significance and meaning of both church membership and baptism. If you have never taken either of these steps, now is the time to jump in!

Friday Night Lights
We’re on campus at some of the biggest games of the year! Come tailgate with us at the Bearden v. Farragut game Oct. 9 and the Karns v. Hardin Valley game, Oct. 30. This is an easy way to get students connected with the body of Christ, so bring a friend!
Woodlands Fall Retreat
Woodlands rekindles the soul. In a world of ringing phones, homework, and practices that always seem to run late, Woodlands is a breath of fresh air, the pause you need.
Woodlands is cool Autumn mornings and devotions on the lake. Woodlands is worn Bibles underlined and highlighted, discussed over a cup of coffee. Woodlands is highflying climbing towers and ultimate frisbee in open fields. It is sunset and bonfire. It is God and creation. It is worship and community. It is where you want to be.

September Rush
Join us for a targeted night of outreach, where we encourage students to invite friends. This year we’ll be hosting the Word Players drama team. This professional drama team will present the story of Jesus through the book of John in 45 minutes. Please be praying for this evening. We want students to know Jesus!
What: A night to hear the Story of Jesus told in drama
